Once we have defined the design details, I will provide you with a budget that will remain valid for 2 months.
Are product quotations provided in Colombian pesos?

Yes, prices are shown and charged in Colombian pesos (COP). To know the prices in USD, they are calculated according to the official exchange rate of the day. This value will be valid for 30 days. If you take longer than this period to make the purchase decision, we will adjust the value using the official rate of the day of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping. These will be quoted separately, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
How much does shipping cost?

Each shipment is calculated taking into consideration the volume and weight of the piece, as well as the destination to which they will be sent, so the shipping cost will always be variable.
What happens after I accept the provided quote?

If you decide to proceed, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your reservation and acquire the necessary materials to create the tapestry.
How long does the tapestry creation process take?

The estimated delivery date can vary between 4 to 8 weeks from the moment the proposal is accepted. Once accepted, your piece will be added to a waiting list. The approximate crafting time will depend on the number of ongoing projects, as well as the size and complexity of the tapestry.
How is my satisfaction ensured throughout the process and upon completion of the work?

During the weaving process, I will be in contact with you to provide the opportunity for revisions. As the work approaches completion, I will send you photographs for a preview. This ensures your complete satisfaction with the final product. Additionally, for local clients, the option of delivery and installation in your home is available if desired.
